Humanities in Cheshire have been a great grace from God. To be able to read the Fathers of the Church in Greek, appreciate Latin poetry, understand the development of civilization all the way from the ancient world to our modern society, enjoy Raphael and Monet thoroughly, to have been enriched with classic masterpieces such as the
Odyssey and the
Count of Monte Cristo, to understand and apply classic rhetorical devices, to have some knowledge of indispensable sciences such as Math, Biology, and Physics are only a little part of the treasure that God has given me in my humanities. The most important part of this treasure has been to grow in my love for God and for my vocation, and to understand a little better what it means to be a man and to love humanity with a human heart.
