In Cheshire, we always want to learn more about ourselves, our family, what is going around the world and exercise our talents. During the school year, we may not always have the time to do all of this, so we take advantage of the time we spend in New Hampshire for vacations. We have two weeks of hiking, swimming, rest, and prayer, followed by six weeks of summer courses to go deeper in our knowledge, reflection and talents by participating in weekly courses on different topics.
The first two weeks of the summer course, we reflected on a new document of the Legion:
“Christus Vita Vestra.” In this enriching document, we had the grace to know ourselves better as religious in formation and the motives of why we do certain things like common life, silence and our purpose as Legionaries. To go along with this we had discussions about the Statutes of the
Regnum Christi and our role within the movement as religious and priest.
We then opened our courses to different topics like the situation of Isis, masterpieces of classical muisic and offered different video course on History, Astronomy, short stories and other interesting subjects. One of favorites was the writing course given by Br. Erik Burckel L.C.
